James Klassen

I am married with three children: two boys and one girl with special needs. Previously a single father raising his son. My daughter brings great opportunities to see the world through her eyes, providing a constant grounding experience. My many years as a mental health and safety professional have given me many opportunities, to walk with many people and their families through difficult times. Incidents, accidents and major injuries. Through trials and tribulations,  my personal knowledge, university training and life experience have afforded me to walk through addiction, anxiety, depression, ADHD, job loss, managerial stress as a director and a variety of other opportunities for learning and gaining experience.  The journey continues with the spirit of exploration, intentionality and curiosity.

James’ Story:

The first step is the hardest, Im here to walk with you (and your family), though issues regarding anxiety, depression, ADHD, BI-Polar, addiction, family issues and informed trauma care. Therapy is a journey of hope, learning, change and being grounded in the person you are, and are becoming. At times the journey requires an experienced compassionate, caring guide. My goal is to create a safe and secure place, to explore struggles and opportunities for growth. Most of all I want my clients to know that they never have to walk alone. "The first step is the hardest"
